- VIRTUAL NON EXEC DIRECTOR basis – a less structured way of working together where I bring an experienced pair of outside eyes to your business, based on 30+ years of experience. I can attend Board Meetings, work with you or your management team on specific projects and identify opportunities to increase sales and profit and reduce costs.
- PLANNED BUSINESS & MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME basis – regular scheduled meetings to cover the areas we have identified to work on together – contact us for details of topics we can work on.
- BUSINESS PLANNING – on a One to One basis or through Workshops – identify your business objectives and developing detailed plans, strategies and action plans to achieve them.
- WORKSHOPS – a range of workshops for you and/or your management team. We can also develop and deliver workshops to address specific needs in your business.
- PROJECT basis – we can work on a specific identified area on which you need support.
- FRANCHISING/LICENSING – we help you to franchise or license all or part of your business to help you grow your business without using your own cash resources or borrowings – not suitable for every business but worth exploring as it can be a very powerful tool for growing your business.
